Through organisational studies I would acquire a deeper understanding of human behaviour as it relates to workplaces and a solid grounding in research methodologies needed to inform strategic goals. Qualifications in Psychology and Organisational Studies will allow me to pursue my professional goal, which is to continue working with organisations to solve business problems. As an Organisational Psychologist I will be equipped to do this at strategic level.

How do you relate to people different than you?

Many people want to be heard and don’t necessarily want to listen. We’re not really versed in the art of debate. I’ve definitely had heated discussions at work, where we both ended in a ‘truce’ which is the best you can hope for in these divisive times. It’s a rare bird that wants you to change or challenge their thoughts.
